If a Leica R lens is mounted to Techart adapter by your R to M adapter, is it possible to focus to infinity?

One of the great meaning for this product is for the Voigtlander prominent mount lenses. If there is a simple adaptor to hook the lens to LM-EA7 , there no need for those expensive adaptor with focusing mechanism.
